Money, money, money, money, money x2, this is the theme song to the reality TV show, The Apprentice, that was hosted by Donald Trump, who is now the President of USA. This is the song playing in my head as I reflect on this book and its central message.

The Millionaire Booklet is a 46-paged book authored by none other than Mr. 10x himself, Grant Cardone.

Grant Cardone is an internationall y renowned speaker on leadership, real estate, entrepreneurship, and finance. Grant is also a businessman with interests in 5 or so privately held companies that offer sales training, real estate investing and digital marketing.

Grant has authored several other books, mostly centered on sales and real estate investing. He is popularly known for the book The 10x Rule.

In the first chapter he begins by telling us that "Getting Rich is Not a Fantasy." Basically, it is possible for every one of us to become super rich.

This is financial coaching 101 — what are your money beliefs? Many of us grow up being told "money does not grow on trees" ……." money is the root of all evil" and many other limiting beliefs about money. These beliefs or thought patterns cause us to believe that getting rich is not possible or available to us.

The other reason is very few people truly understand money — how to get or make money, how to keep it and even more importantly how to multiply it.

Let us educate ourselves about money and more importantly upgrade our beliefs on money.

Before he begins to outline the steps on how to become a millionaire or multi-millionaire Grant gives a word of caution with regards to where one gets their financial advice. His advice is that we should be very selective where we get our financial advice. As he says there is a lot of noise and confusion out there about money. Seek out the select group of people who have created enormous wealth (of course ethically) and model them.

In conclusion, we live in an economic planet and money is every important for our survival. As Zig Ziglar once said "Money is not everything, but it ranks right up there with oxygen."
